Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
- Local Delivery (Cape Town):
We charge a flat rate of R100 for shipping within Cape Town. This includes delivery to your address within the city. - Pick-up from Store:
If you’re located in Cape Town, you can opt for pick-up at our store address. The pick-up fee is R40. Once your order is ready, we will notify you when it’s available for collection. - Outside of South Africa:
Currently, we are only able to ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our services soon!
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, depending on the size of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
