Returns:
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items:
- Tumblers
- Water Bottles
- Can Glasses
Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and securely packed to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Broken/Damaged Items:
We cannot accept returns for broken or damaged items unless the item was damaged at the time of purchase. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item with clear photos of the damage.
Conditions for Partial Refunds:
- Items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
How to Complete Your Return:
To initiate the return process, please email us at info@giftedwhimsy.co.za with your order details. Ensure the item is securely packed and in original condition.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@giftedwhimsy.co.za.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@giftedwhimsy.co.za, and send the item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
